Matchmaking Services Agreement

Services Provided
The Find Love Safely agrees to provide the following matchmaking services to the Client and Client Guardian:

1. Initial consultation and assessment of Client preferences, values, and relationship goals.
2. Profile creation and marketing to compatible matches based on Client criteria.
3. Personalized matchmaking based on Client preferences and the Service Provider's database of potential matches.
4. Introduction to potential matches through private and secure means (e.g., emails, phone calls, in-person meetings), communicated to Client Guardian.

1. The Client and Client Guardian agree to provide accurate and complete information during the intake process, including preferences, relationship goals, and personal details required for matchmaking purposes.
2. The Client and Client Guardian agrees to be respectful, open, and communicative with potential matches introduced by the Service Provider.
3. The Client and Client Guardian acknowledge that they are solely responsible for deciding whether to engage in any further relationship with a match introduced by the Service Provider.
4. The Client and Client Guardian agree to notify the Service Provider if any personal information changes during the term of this Agreement that may affect matchmaking criteria.

1. The Client Guardian agrees to pay the Service Provider a non-refundable fee for the matchmaking services rendered, which shall be as follows (in effect beginning Feb. 15, 2025):
2. Annual Membership Fee: $199/year
3. Payment Terms: Full payment due up front; membership fee includes 365 days of membership; payment via credit card, Venmo, or ACH
4. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend or modify the fees with prior written notice to the Client Guardian.

1. The Service Provider agrees to keep all information provided by the Client and Client Guardian confidential, including personal details, preferences, and any private conversations with potential matches.
2. The Client and Client Guardian agrees to keep all information about the matches, including but not limited to personal data, photographs, and details about dates or relationships, confidential and not to disclose such information without the consent of the other party.

The Client and Client Guardian acknowledge that the Service Provider does not guarantee any specific outcome, such as a successful match or romantic relationship, and that success in matchmaking is based on mutual compatibility, personal efforts, and circumstances beyond the control of the Service Provider.
