Photo & Video Release

This release explains how Find Love Safely™, LLC ("Find Love Safely," "we") may photograph and record at our events and programs, and the choices you have. It works together with Section 19 of our Terms & Conditions.

1. Notice Before We Photograph or Record

We provide advance notice when photography or video recording will occur at an event, workshop, or program. Notice may be given in the registration flow, a pre-event email, or clearly posted signage at the event.

2. Your Opt-Out

You may opt out of being photographed or recorded by telling event staff, emailing info@findlovesafely.com before the event, or using any opt-out indicator we provide at the event. We will use reasonable, practical steps to honor opt-outs, including excluding, cropping, blurring, or not publishing images in which an opted-out person is identifiable.

3. What This Release Covers

Unless you opt out, you grant Find Love Safely permission to use photographs and video in which you appear incidentally or as part of a crowd or group, taken at our events and programs, in our websites, social media, educational materials, and marketing, without compensation.

4. What This Release Does Not Cover

We will not use you as the prominent subject of an advertisement, testimonial, personal story, interview, or close-up feature without a separate, specific release signed by you or your authorized representative. A general enrollment or event registration is not that release.

5. Revoking Permission

You may revoke this release at any time for future use by emailing info@findlovesafely.com. Revocation applies going forward. We will make reasonable efforts to remove identifiable images of you from materials we directly control, but revocation cannot recall materials already printed, published, or shared before we received it.

6. Who May Sign

Each adult decides for themselves whether to allow photography and prominent features. A guardian or other authorized representative may sign only within the scope of their documented legal authority. When a member can express a current preference about being photographed or featured, we will ordinarily defer to the member.

7. Ownership and Editing

Find Love Safely owns the photographs and videos it creates and may make ordinary edits such as cropping, color correction, and captioning. We will not edit images in a way that misrepresents you.

8. No Compensation

Uses permitted by this release are without payment or royalties, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
