Photo & Video Release

Welcome to Find Love Safely. By enrolling in our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Grant of Rights

The Releasor hereby grants permission to the Releasee to use, reproduce, and distribute the images, photographs, videos, or other visual representations (collectively referred to as the "Images") taken of the Releasor at the Find Love Safely event.

The Releasor grants the Releasee full rights to:

• Use the Images in any form or medium, including but not limited to print, digital, social media, websites, and marketing materials.
• Edit, alter, or modify the Images as the Releasee sees fit.
• Use the Images for commercial, educational, or promotional purposes.

2. No Compensation

The Releasor understands and agrees that they will not receive any compensation for the use of the Images as outlined in this agreement.

3. Duration of Usage

This release is given in perpetuity and will remain in effect indefinitely, unless explicitly revoked in writing by the Releasor.

4. Waiver of Rights

The Releasor waives any rights of inspection or approval of the finished product or the use of the Images. The Releasor acknowledges that the Releasee has full ownership rights to the Images.

5. Liability Release

The Releasor releases the Releasee, its agents, employees, and representatives from any liability arising from the use of the Images.

6. Revocation

The Releasor may revoke this release in writing at any time, with respect to any future use of the Images. Revocation shall not affect any previously authorized use of the Images.

By enrolling in Find Love Safely, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these conditions.
